When the lights go on, and the music cranks up, Michael comes alive. It’s the excitement of such an important and exciting night that gets him juiced and ramped up for every wedding he does. The quiet kid from Boise is now a wedding night dynamo here. You might call it a Jekyll and Hyde thing. Everyone from grandpa, to Mom, Dad, Uncle Marvin and the best man will be shaking his hand and thanking him for such a memorable night. When I got the call from my best friend in high school to do his wedding, I turned to Michael knowing it would be flawless.

Now that the commitment has been made and the date set for your special day. What next?
Well the diet and fitness plan of course!
This is the one thing that simply cannot be put off. A sensible plan starting now will make it a healthy, hopefully long term trim-down for a summer 2012 wedding. I am not a big fan of crash diets, or crash anything (I did like the movie though). It usually ends up unsuccessful, frustrating and frankly unhealthy.
