Well the diet and fitness plan of course!
This is the one thing that simply cannot be put off. A sensible plan starting now will make it a healthy, hopefully long term trim-down for a summer 2012 wedding. I am not a big fan of crash diets, or crash anything (I did like the movie though). It usually ends up unsuccessful, frustrating and frankly unhealthy.
